Saturdays, during term time, 11.15-12pm, Southville (Factory 8, Upton Road, Southville)
Mondays, during term time, 3.40-4.25pm, Southville (St Thomas Mar Thoma Church, Southville)
Our Saturday Samba Drumming and Musicianship session is followed by our new choir, for children aged 4-8, led by Douglas Watts (Bristol Show Choir) and Helen Reid (Blackbird EYM Founder, BBC Young Musician of the Year finalist). Children can attend just the choir, from 11.15-12, or stay for both musicianship and choir, and receive a snack during the 15 minute break.
The majority of children’s choirs in Bristol take children from age 7+, so this is an exciting new venture that gives younger children the opportunity to take part in communal singing. We will work on repertoire from fairy tales and folk songs, to more popular songs, such as Katy Perry and Ed Sheeran.
The price is £14 for the whole morning (musicianship session, snack/drink and choir), or £6 for choir only.
We also run Choir on Tuesday afternoons, from 3.40-4.25pm in Southville, followed by Samba Drumming and Muscianship.
We have limited spaces in Musicianship and Choir, and booking is essential. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, with any questions about the best route for your child.
